Our team believes in first assessing the specific needs and requirements of our clients, whether individuals, corporations, or banks, by carefully reviewing their balance sheets. Before accepting any mandate, we agree on a Non-Circumvention and Confidentiality clause, provide an estimate of charges, allocate the necessary team, and consider overseas travel expenses. We also analyze several issues, including macro-political and micro micro-bottom-up, and top-down needs. We will conduct stringent KYC (Know Your Customer) and AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Act) checks on the prospective client.
Based on our political, legal, fiscal, and banking network, and access to ideal solutions, we will determine at the committee level whether our criteria and capabilities align with the client’s needs. In short, we will not take on a mandate unless we are vested in the client’s success. Especially in these tumultuous times, marked by constant cross-border civil strife, the potential proliferation of digital currencies, and the increasing capacity of most SMEs and individuals to cut back on project spend.
